Our Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Sibley Inn! By making a reservation and staying at our property, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Reservations & Check-In:

All guests must provide a valid government-issued ID and a credit/debit card upon check-in.
Check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

2. Payment & Cancellations:

Full payment is required at check-in unless otherwise specified in your reservation.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before check-in to avoid a one-night room charge.
No-shows will be charged the full cost of the first night’s stay.

3. Guest Conduct:

Guests are expected to maintain respectful behavior and follow all hotel rules.
Loud noise or disturbances that interfere with other guests’ comfort are not permitted.
Smoking is strictly prohibited in all rooms and indoor areas. A cleaning fee will be applied for violations.

4. Damage & Liability:

Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property and will be charged accordingly.
The hotel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

5. Pets & Service Animals:

Pets are not allowed on the property, except for certified service animals with proper documentation.

6. Parking:

Complimentary parking is available for hotel guests. The hotel is not responsible for any damage or theft of vehicles.

7. Housekeeping & Maintenance:

Daily housekeeping is provided. If you prefer limited service, please inform the front desk.
Any maintenance issues should be reported to the front desk immediately.

8. Privacy & Personal Information:

Guest information is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

9. Special Events & Group Bookings:

Group reservations (5 or more rooms) must be booked in advance and may have separate terms.
Special event bookings are subject to additional conditions.

10. Amendments & Enforcement:

The hotel reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the reservation without a refund.
